Fancy trying a new online card game? Few online casinos offer Vegas Three Card Rummy but it really is worth a go!
Vegas Three Card Rummy is a poker variation played online with a single deck of 52 cards. As the name suggests, you are dealt 3 cards and so is the dealer (his are face down).
The object is to have a hand lower than the dealer (cards are ranked according to their poker value, except aces are always low). Single aces count as 1 point, 2 to 10 count according to pip value, and faces cards are 10 points. Pairs, three of a kind, and runs of at least 2 suited cards count as zero points.
Play starts when you make an ante bet (you can also place a bonus bet). Once your hand is dealt you can chose to fold or raise based on how high (or hopefully low) it scores. The dealer cards are revealed and he (the computer…!!) must have 20 points or less to qualify.
If the dealer does not qualify, any remaining ante bets will pay even money and raise bets will push.
If the dealer does qualify the player and dealer totals will be compared, the lower total wins.
If the player has the lower total, the ante will pay even money and the raise according to following table. If the dealer has the lower total, the ante and raise will lose. A tie will result in a push.
Check out this fun and quick-to-play card game at Australian-owned Canbet Casino. Canbet is the ONLY Real Time Gaming software-based casino that has passed our rigorous testing process and that we are comfortable to recommend to you. (Sorry, no US players)
