‘Curry in a Hurry’ is a new release out yesterday at Microgaming Casinos. (Don’t confuse it with Microgaming’s cool little AWP 3 reel feature slot, Cash n Curry!)

‘Curry in a Hurry’ 5 reel slot machine is an odd one. The graphics are bordering on amateur, compared to the stylish, almost photo realistic images we’ve come to expect from this canny Ise of Man casino game developer. The game sounds are just the base background casino lobby music with a few “win line” curry house noises dubbed in. Lazy.

In my view this slot game is hardly “a sizzling new video slot designed to deliver spicy online gambling action and entertainment” as Microgaming’s PR team have dubbed it. Sorry to pour hold water on a game, but this one is closer to “damp squib” than sizzling – but, hey, I’m happy to be proved wrong when someone declares this game their very most all time fav!

Once you’re in the bonus feature, you get to pick from a choice of curry dishes and they are rated based on heat – the highest rewards of course going to the hottest dishes.

Game Recommendation: Well, play ‘Curry in a Hurry’ if you must – but it certainly did not make me race off and order some curry take out – or even feel the need for cooling beverege for that matter. I prefer the popular slot game ‘Cash n Curry’.
