The [insert your own offensive descriptor here] who sponsored The Unlawful Internet Gaming Act, Republican Jim Leach, has been given the boot after 30 years in the Senate.
Unfortunately anti-gambling proponent Bob Goodlatte has held his seat, but many are now wondering where the online industry stands in the new Democrat Senate majority.
Interesting times ahead as they try to define and implement this sucker…
